• Image Processing: All image processing and text extraction (OCR) is performed locally on your device using Apple Vision. No images or extracted text are sent to external servers.
• Data Storage: Your scanned invoices and extracted data are stored securely on your device. This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics: We do not track usage analytics or behavior data.
• Third-Party Services: We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.

3. Permissions

The app requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: Required to scan physical invoices and receipts.
• Photo Library: Required to import invoice images from your photo library.

These permissions are used only for these features and never for background data collection.

4. Data Security

Data is stored locally on your device and protected by your existing device security features, including passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

5. Children Privacy

Smart Invoice Extract is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
