1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Smart Invoice Extract ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate OCR text extraction using Apple's Vision Framework, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data before using it for business, tax, or legal purposes.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you input or edit within the App
• Backing up your data (the App stores data locally on your device)
• Complying with tax and financial record-keeping laws in your jurisdiction

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
